Assistant professor, Hashemite University, Zarqa, Jordan

I am Dr. Ali Hayajneh, an Assistant Professor in the Electronics and Electrical Engineering (EEE) school at Hashemite University, Zarqa, Jordan. My academic journey began at Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST), Irbid, Jordan, where I earned my BSc and MSc degrees. Subsequently, I received my Ph.D. degree from the University of Leeds, UK.

Over the years, I've fostered a deep interest in numerous areas of research. These include, but are not limited to, drone-assisted wireless communications, public safety communication networks, backscatter communication, deep learning, power harvesting, stochastic geometry, and Machine to Machine (M2M) communications.

Parallel to my academic pursuits, I also work as a freelance Android Developer. My expertise in various programming languages, coupled with my passion for the Internet of Things (IoT), has propelled me to create innovative solutions in the domain of smart homes and cities.

My work on modeling heterogeneous networks, cognitive radio networks, and cooperative relay networks has armed me with the skills to handle complex projects and navigate the challenges that come with them. Furthermore, my experience in using machine learning and artificial intelligence in my research has honed my ability to leverage these tools for problem-solving.

I strongly believe that technology, when wielded correctly, can bring about substantial positive change. Through continuous learning and innovation, I strive to contribute to this transformative process.
